- 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda

Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease four oven-safe bowls or ramekins. -
Mix the Base
In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mashed banana, and maple syrup until smooth. -
Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in rolled oats and baking soda until fully combined. -
Fold in Blueberries
Gently fold in blueberries, saving a few for topping if desired. -
Bake
Divide mixture evenly between bowls.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top. -
Cool & Serve
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
