  • 1 cup (90 g) rolled old-fashioned oats
  • 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup (150 g) blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease four oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
  2. Mix the Base
    In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mashed banana, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients
    Stir in rolled oats and baking soda until fully combined.
  4. Fold in Blueberries
    Gently fold in blueberries, saving a few for topping if desired.
  5. Bake
    Divide mixture evenly between bowls.
