Add blueberries

The tops should be lightly golden and firm to the touch. -
Cool & enjoy
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before eating. They firm up as they cool.
Additional Notes
- Texture Tip: Full-fat cottage cheese gives the creamiest result, but low-fat works too.
- Sweetness Level: Naturally sweet, not overly sugary—perfect for breakfast or snack.
- Protein Boost: Add 1–2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder to the blender if desired.
Storage & Meal Prep
- Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat gently in the microwave or enjoy cold.
Variations
- Fruit Swap: Use strawberries, raspberries, or chopped apples instead of blueberries.
- Honey Version: Replace maple syrup with honey.
- Spiced: Add cinnamon or lemon zest for extra flavor.
