Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients :

1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup of granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1/4 cup of orange juice

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional, for garnish)

Fresh rosemary (optional for garnish)

Crackers or sliced breadsticks (to serve)

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
