1๏ธโฃ Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl or directly in a microwave-safe mug, mash the bananas.
Add the egg, milk, and optional vanilla. Mix until smooth.
2๏ธโฃ Add Oats
Stir in oats and optional cinnamon, nuts, or chocolate.
The mixture should be thick but pourable โ adjust with a splash more milk if needed.
3๏ธโฃ Microwave
Microwave on high for 2โ3 minutes.
Check consistency โ it should be set but still soft and moist.
Tip: Microwaves vary; start with 2 minutes and add 20โ30 seconds if needed.
4๏ธโฃ Serve
Enjoy warm, straight from the mug.
Optional toppings: a few banana slices, nut butter, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

- Can also bake in the oven at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 15โ20 minutes in a small ramekin.
