- 3โ4 dried bay leaves
- 4โ6 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or lemon juice

- Add water, bay leaves, and cloves to a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
