Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat Mixture

  • finely chopped onion
  • egg
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Mix well until evenly combined.


2. Shape the Cutlets

Use about 3 tablespoons of the mixture for each portion.

3. Heat the Pan
