Step 1: Prep
Wash, peel, and chop beetroot, carrot, and apple.
Smaller pieces blend better.
Step 2: Blend
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth (30–60 seconds).
Step 3: Strain (Optional)
For a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cloth.
For maximum fiber, drink it unstrained.
