Quick Description:

Cheesy… creamy… spicy… and ridiculously easy. These take 10 minutes to prep and vanish in seconds!

Ingredients

½ lb cooked shredded chicken

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

1–2 tbsp buffalo sauce (add more for extra spice)

Pinch of garlic powder

Pinch of black pepper

1 large sheet of refrigerated pizza dough (crescent dough or puff pastry works too)

Optional toppings: chopped green onions, extra mozzarella

Instructions

1. Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine:

Shredded chicken

Softened cream cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Buffalo sauce

Garlic powder

Black pepper

Mix until creamy and fully combined.

2. Prepare the Dough

Roll out the pizza dough into a flat rectangle.

Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly across the entire surface, leaving a tiny border on the edges.

3. Roll & Slice

Roll the dough tightly into a log (like a cinnamon roll).

Use a sharp knife to slice into ½–1 inch pinwheels.

4. Bake

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Top with extra cheese or chopped green onions if desired.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden, melty, and bubbly.

5. Serve
