Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil (or a combination)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup lightly packed cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and cook for 3–5 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
- Push the cabbage to the side of the skillet and pour in beaten eggs. Stir gently to scramble, then mix with the cabbage.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
