Cabbage & Eggs Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil (or a combination)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup lightly packed cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add cabbage and cook for 3–5 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
  3. Push the cabbage to the side of the skillet and pour in beaten eggs. Stir gently to scramble, then mix with the cabbage.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Tips:

  • Add a sprinkle of paprika or chili flakes for extra flavor.
  • You can mix in onions, tomatoes, or herbs to vary the taste.
  • Perfect for a low-carb, high-protein breakfast that keeps you full.
