 Instructions:

  2. Add remaining oil and garlic; sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Add cabbage and stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Return chicken to pan, add soy sauce, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. Toss 1–2 minutes and serve hot.
