Ingredients:
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions, using the 2 cups of water.
Meanwhile, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer the cooked Rice-A-Roni.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the Rice-A-Roni.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Spread this mixture over the chicken breasts.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
