ffffffffdddssddffg Recipe

Servings: 3
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 18–24 hours
Total Time: ~1 day

Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • ½ cup half-and-half or heavy cream
  • 1 cup Fairlife milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 drops stevia extract
  • 2 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Mix-Ins

  • 3 tbsp stevia-sweetened chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend the base
Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender or mason jar. Blend or shake until completely smooth and well combined.
  2. Freeze
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze for 18–24 hours, until fully solid.
  3. Spin the ice cream
Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami holder.
Lock it into the machine and select Ice Cream or Soft Serve.
  4. Re-spin if needed
If the texture looks powdery or crumbly after the first spin, select Spin Again until creamy.
  5. Add chocolate chips
Create a small hole in the center of the ice cream, add the chocolate chips, and select Mix-In.
  6. Serve
Remove from the machine and enjoy immediately.

Additional Notes

  • Texture Tip: Dusty texture is normal—just re-spin until smooth.
  • Sweetness: Adjust stevia or monk fruit to taste.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in the freezer; re-spin before serving again.

Variations

  • Extra Rich: Use all heavy cream instead of milk.
  • Mint Chocolate Chip: Add 1–2 drops peppermint extract.
  • Protein Boost: Add chocolate protein powder before blending.
