Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
- ½ cup half-and-half or heavy cream
- 1 cup Fairlife milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 5 drops stevia extract
- 2 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Mix-Ins
- 3 tbsp stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
Instructions

Blend the base
Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender or mason jar. Blend or shake until completely smooth and well combined. -
Freeze
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze for 18–24 hours, until fully solid. -
Spin the ice cream
Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami holder.
Lock it into the machine and select Ice Cream or Soft Serve. -
Re-spin if needed
If the texture looks powdery or crumbly after the first spin, select Spin Again until creamy. -
Add chocolate chips
Create a small hole in the center of the ice cream, add the chocolate chips, and select Mix-In. -
Serve
Remove from the machine and enjoy immediately.
Additional Notes
- Texture Tip: Dusty texture is normal—just re-spin until smooth.
- Sweetness: Adjust stevia or monk fruit to taste.
- Storage: Store leftovers in the freezer; re-spin before serving again.
