Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix and the ingredients needed to make them
- Green cookie icing
- 8 Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups unwrapped
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare brownies according to package directions, baking in a greased 9-inch round pan. Allow brownies to cool completely.
- Remove brownies from the pan and cut them into 8 equal triangles. Use green cookie icing to make a zig-zag pattern on each of the brownie triangles.
- Add a dot of the icing to the bottom of each miniature peanut butter cup, using it as “glue” to attach the peanut butter cut to the bottom of each brownie tree.
- Decorate with sprinkles and allow the icing to dry completely before serving or storing.
Notes
Tip: After brownies are done baking, chill in the pan in the fridge for 30 minutes so they will be easier to remove from the pan.
