Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
Directions:
Brown the Beef.
Cook ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
Transfer to Slow Cooker.
Place the cooked beef mixture into the slow cooker.
Add Ingredients.
Stir in kidney beans, black beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and chopped bell peppers. Mix well.
Cook.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve.
Ladle into bowls and enjoy hot.
