- 2–3 tbsp honey
- 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder (start with 1 tbsp, then adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Blend the mousse
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the texture looks grainy, continue blending until it’s completely smooth. -
Chill (Optional)
If the mousse is too thin, allow it to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour to thicken. You can also add 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds to thicken immediately. -
Serve & Top
Spoon into serving bowls and top with whipped cream, fresh fruit, or chocolate shavings for extra flavor and texture!
