Instructions

  1. Blend the mousse base
    In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust sweetness
    Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor as needed, adding more honey or cocoa if desired.
  3. Whip the cream (optional)
    If you want a lighter texture, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Chill
