  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour for a softer bite)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it’s well combined into a thick, cohesive mixture.

Step 3: Form the Bites

Using a spoon or your hands, form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

Step 4: Bake

Bake the bites in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.

Step 5: Cool & Serve
