Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or almond)
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Stir well and let sit 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again (prevents clumping).
  4. Cover and refrigerate 3–4 hours or overnight.
  5. Portion into jars.

Add:

  • Zest of ½ orange
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh orange juice
