Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (dairy or almond)
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Stir well and let sit 5 minutes.
- Stir again (prevents clumping).
- Cover and refrigerate 3–4 hours or overnight.
- Portion into jars.

- Zest of ½ orange
- 2–3 tbsp fresh orange juice
