Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1½ cups cauliflower florets (lightly steamed)
- 5–6 bacon strips, cooked & chopped
- 1 cup cooking cream or heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp butter
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, melt butter, add cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add chicken, cauliflower, and bacon. Mix well.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Rest 5 minutes, then serve hot.
