Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
ÂĽ cup keto sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
ÂĽ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp coconut flour (for texture)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Step 1: Blend & Prep
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Blend all ingredients until silky and lump-free.
Step 2: Bake
Pour into a greased or lined 6-inch round pan or dish.
Bake for 35–40 mins until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
Step 3: Chill
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Optional: Top with a dollop of whipped cream or a few berries!
