For the Beef
- 1 lb (450 g) beef steak or beef strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Pasta & Sauce
- 10 oz (300 g) shell pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½–1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Boil shells in salted water until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Beef
- Toss beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear beef pieces until browned (about 3–5 minutes).
- Remove beef and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter.
- Add minced garlic; cook 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream + beef broth.
- Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Add mozzarella for extra richness (optional).
- Simmer until thick and creamy.
4. Combine
- Add cooked pasta + beef back into the sauce.
- Toss well.
- Add a splash of pasta water if you want it saucier.
5. Serve
- Top with parsley and a sprinkle of cheese.
