🍝 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Beef Pasta

Tender, seasoned beef pieces mixed with shell pasta in a thick, savory garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. Pure comfort food!


Ingredients

For the Beef

  • 1 lb (450 g) beef steak or beef strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Pasta & Sauce

  • 10 oz (300 g) shell pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½–1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  • Boil shells in salted water until al dente.
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  • Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Beef

  1. Toss beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Sear beef pieces until browned (about 3–5 minutes).
  4. Remove beef and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add minced garlic; cook 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream + beef broth.
  4. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Add mozzarella for extra richness (optional).
  7. Simmer until thick and creamy.

4. Combine

  • Add cooked pasta + beef back into the sauce.
  • Toss well.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if you want it saucier.

5. Serve

  • Top with parsley and a sprinkle of cheese.
