Creamy Mushroom Chicken Bake: Pure Comfort in Every Bite!
4 chicken breasts (whole or cut into thick pieces)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt butter in a pan and sear the chicken until lightly golden on each side.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cook until they soften and release their juices.
Pour in heavy cream + chicken broth and let it gently simmer.
Stir in parmesan and a handful of mozzarella until the sauce becomes creamy.
Transfer everything into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Bake at *190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes* until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
