Ingredients

- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Optional: tortilla chips for serving
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Add to Slow Cooker
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add:
- Ranch seasoning
- Cream cheese (in chunks)
- Sour cream
- Cheddar cheese
- Seasonings
2. Cook
- Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours
OR - Cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours
Chicken should be tender and easy to shred.
3. Shred the Chicken
- Use two forks to shred chicken directly in the slow cooker
- Mix everything together until creamy and fully combined
4. Assemble Tacos
