Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold work best)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes
    Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Slice them into thin rounds about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Soak for extra crispiness (optional but recommended)
    Place the slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Season
    In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer
    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
