- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
-
Prepare the potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Slice them into thin rounds about ¼ inch thick. -
Soak for extra crispiness (optional but recommended)
Place the slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat completely dry with paper towels. -
Season
In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. -
Preheat the air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes. -
Cook
Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. -
Finish and serve
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like ketchup, garlic mayo, or sour cream.
✨ Tips
- Thinner slices will get crispier.
