Ingredients:

Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven or skillet:
    • For oven: Preheat to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
    • For stovetop: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Prepare salmon:
    • Pat salmon pieces dry with paper towels.
    • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
    • Toss the pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Cook salmon:
    • Oven method: Place coated salmon on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 12โ€“15 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
