⭐ Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko = extra crispy)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten (for coating)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for drizzling)

1. Prep the Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly oil it.
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the Coating
In a shallow bowl, combine:
- Parmesan
- Breadcrumbs
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
3. Bread the Chicken
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs.
- Press into the Parmesan–breadcrumb mixture, coating well on both sides.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter for extra crispiness.
4. Bake
- Bake 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and the coating is golden and crisp.
