Wash cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly.
Slice cucumber and lemon thinly. Remove any lemon seeds.
In a large pitcher, add the cucumber, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
Pour in the filtered water (6–8 cups depending on pitcher size).
(Optional) Add ice cubes and/or optional ingredients like ginger or apple cider vinegar.
Let the water infuse for at least 2–4 hours in the fridge, or overnight for stronger flavor.
