✅ Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
-
1 cup (240 ml) milk
– Use low-fat or skim milk for fewer calories - 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp erythritol (or any zero-calorie sweetener)
Optional (still sugar-free & diabetic-friendly)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A few drops of stevia if you prefer sweeter
- 1–2 tbsp oats for a firmer, bread-like texture (optional)
🍞 Instructions
1. Preheat
Set oven to 170°C (340°F).
2. Mix Ingredients
In a bowl:
- Crack the eggs
- Add milk
- Add erythritol
Whisk until completely smooth (about 20–30 seconds).
3. Pour Into Pan
Lightly grease:
- A small baking dish OR
- 2–3 ramekins
Pour the mixture inside.
4. Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until:
- The top is lightly golden
- The center is set but still soft
(If you gently shake the dish, it should wiggle slightly but not be liquid.)

Let it cool for 10–15 minutes.
