No flour • No sugar • Low calorie • Diabetic friendly

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
    – Use low-fat or skim milk for fewer calories
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp erythritol (or any zero-calorie sweetener)

Optional (still sugar-free & diabetic-friendly)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A few drops of stevia if you prefer sweeter
  • 1–2 tbsp oats for a firmer, bread-like texture (optional)

🍞 Instructions

1. Preheat

Set oven to 170°C (340°F).

2. Mix Ingredients

In a bowl:

  • Crack the eggs
  • Add milk
  • Add erythritol

Whisk until completely smooth (about 20–30 seconds).

3. Pour Into Pan

Lightly grease:

  • A small baking dish OR
  • 2–3 ramekins

Pour the mixture inside.

4. Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until:

  • The top is lightly golden
  • The center is set but still soft

(If you gently shake the dish, it should wiggle slightly but not be liquid.)

5. Cool & Serve

Let it cool for 10–15 minutes.
For best texture, refrigerate for 1 hour — it becomes like soft milk bread/custard cake.
