Easy Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake 🤤✨

  • 3 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice (reserve juice)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven → 350°F (175°C).
