Ingredients
For the Chicken:
Chicken breasts (grilled and sliced)

Garlic powder

Fresh parsley (chopped)
For the Pasta:
Tagliatelle or fettuccine noodles
Butter
Fresh garlic (minced)
Sliced mushrooms
Heavy cream
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Grill the seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through, then slice and set aside. Cook the tagliatelle until al dente. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender and browned. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper. Let simmer until thick and creamy. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until coated, plate with sliced grilled chicken on the side, and top with extra mushrooms and fresh parsley.
Notes & Variations
Add a splash of white wine or chicken broth to the sauce for depth.
Swap chicken with shrimp or keep it vegetarian by skipping the meat.
