  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional for richer flavor)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Melt the chocolate & butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  2. Let the mixture cool slightly (warm, not hot).
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Add vanilla and optional cocoa powder and continue whipping until fluffy.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate until fully combined (donโ€™t overmix).
  6. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds (dome shapes give that shiny look).
  7. Freeze for 1โ€“2 hours or refrigerate for 4 hours until firm.
  8. Pop them out and enjoy that soft, airy inside!

  • For extra shine, lightly spray molds with flavorless oil.
  • If you prefer a firmer bite, keep them frozen and thaw for 5 minutes before eating.
