Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (0% fat)free on Slimming , 0–2 WW points depending on brand
  • ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream (for keto & low carb; use fat-free yogurt for WW/SW)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol (or any zero-calorie sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries — low in carbs)
  • Optional topping: a few crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts) or unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Base:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, heavy cream (or coconut cream), erythritol, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Assemble the Dessert:
    Layer half of the cream mixture in serving glasses or bowls. Add a layer of fresh berries, then top with the remaining cream mixture.
  3. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving — this helps it thicken and enhances the flavor.
  4. Serve:
    Just before serving, top with a sprinkle of crushed nuts or a few extra berries for texture.
