Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (0% fat) — free on Slimming , 0–2 WW points depending on brand
- ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream (for keto & low carb; use fat-free yogurt for WW/SW)
- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol (or any zero-calorie sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries — low in carbs)
- Optional topping: a few crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts) or unsweetened coconut flakes

Prepare the Cream Base:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, heavy cream (or coconut cream), erythritol, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy. -
Assemble the Dessert:
Layer half of the cream mixture in serving glasses or bowls. Add a layer of fresh berries, then top with the remaining cream mixture. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving — this helps it thicken and enhances the flavor. -
Serve:
Just before serving, top with a sprinkle of crushed nuts or a few extra berries for texture.
