500 grams cheese Ritz Bits (2 x 250g boxes)
170 grams unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon onion powder
1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
120 grams grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cheese Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Whisk in the garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
Pour the seasoned melted butter over the crackers. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the coated crackers and toss gently once more to distribute the cheese.
Spread the seasoned crackers evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow the crackers to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
