Instructions

2. Make the Topping

  1. In a bowl, combine:

    • Chopped parsley
    • Lemon juice
  2. Stir until the mixture resembles a moist, buttery crumb.

3. Bake

  1. Spoon the garlic–parmesan mixture evenly over each scallop.
  2. Bake 12–15 minutes, until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.
    • If you want extra browning, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
