Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients

 1 pound ground beef

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced

 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

 2 tablespoons butter, melted

 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef with minced garlic in a skillet and drain any excess fat.

Stir the diced Parmesan cheese and cubed cheddar cheese into the browned beef mixture.

Flatten each biscuit piece, add the beef and cheese mixture, fold over, and seal the edges completely.

Place the filled biscuits on a lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  1. Can add extra garlic powder for more flavor.
  2. Perfect for parties and gatherings.
