Golden biscuit bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection. Perfect as a party appetizer, snack, or even alongside pasta night!
📋 Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits, split in half to make 16 pieces)
- 16 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch each)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- (Optional) 1 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley flakes for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stuff the Biscuits – Split each biscuit in half. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then pinch dough tightly around the cheese to seal and roll into a ball.
- Arrange & Season – Place the stuffed biscuit balls seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with Butter – Mix melted butter with garlic powder (and Italian seasoning, if using). Brush generously over the tops.
- Bake – Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve Hot – Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
✨ Tips & Variations
- Extra cheesy: Use string cheese sticks cut into chunks for easier stuffing.
- Spicy twist: Add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Herby flavor: Swap Italian seasoning for ranch seasoning.
- Keto version: Use fathead dough instead of biscuit dough.
