Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon bouillon powder (beef or vegetable)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add diced tomatoes and bouillon powder, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and flavors are well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
Tips:
- For extra flavor, add paprika, chili flakes, or dried herbs like thyme or oregano.
