Instructions
- Cook Beef – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add Aromatics – Stir in diced onion and minced garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Sauté Veggies – Add bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook 4–5 minutes, stirring often, until veggies soften.
- Season – Stir in oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well so the beef and veggies are evenly coated.
- Finish & Serve – Remove from heat. Stir in sliced olives and sprinkle with feta cheese. Garnish with parsley before serving.
