🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (for serving)
  • ½ cup broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
  2. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Assemble
    Add chicken, pineapple, broccoli, and red bell pepper to the sheet pan.
    Pour sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Bake
    Spread into a single layer.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  5. Serve
    Spoon Hawaiian chicken over warm cooked rice. Drizzle extra pan sauce on top.
