🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- ½ cup pineapple chunks, drained
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup cooked rice (for serving)
- ½ cup broccoli, chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.

Make the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. -
Assemble
Add chicken, pineapple, broccoli, and red bell pepper to the sheet pan.
Pour sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly. -
Bake
Spread into a single layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized. -
Serve
Spoon Hawaiian chicken over warm cooked rice. Drizzle extra pan sauce on top.
