Instructions
Step 1 — Mix the Truffle Dough
- In a bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt, nut butter, vanilla, and syrup.
- Stir until a thick dough forms.

- Chill the dough for 10 minutes for easier rolling.
Step 2 — Roll the Truffles
- Scoop small portions and roll into smooth balls.

Step 3 — Melt the Chocolate
