Instructions

Prep the oven

Blend base
Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. -
Mix filling
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Add cheddar, cooked spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. -
Pour & smooth
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Spread evenly. -
Bake
Bake for 35โ40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is firm. -
Cool & slice
Let cool for 5โ10 minutes before slicing. This helps it set.
