Instructions

Step 1 โ€“ Add Ingredients to Crockpot

Place the chicken pieces at the bottom of the crockpot.

Add cream cheese (cut into chunks), Greek yogurt, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Do not mix yetโ€”just layer everything in.

Step 2 โ€“ Slow Cook

Cover and cook:

On LOW for 4โ€“5 hours
OR
On HIGH for 2โ€“3 hours

The chicken should become tender and easy to shred.

Step 3 โ€“ Shred the Chicken

Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly inside the crockpot.

Mix everything well until the cream cheese and yogurt fully combine into a creamy sauce.

Step 4 โ€“ Add Cheese & Bacon

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon.

Cover again and cook for another 10โ€“15 minutes until the cheese melts completely.

Step 5 โ€“ Add Optional Veggies

If using broccoli, spinach, or cauliflower, stir them in at the end so they stay fresh and not overcooked.

Step 6 โ€“ Serve

Serve hot as a bowl, or pair with:

Cauliflower rice
Lettuce wraps
Low-carb tortillas
Zucchini noodles
