1ยฝ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into chunks)
4 slices turkey bacon or lean beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
ยฝ cup plain Greek yogurt (high-protein base)
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
ยฝ cup chicken broth
Seasoning
1 packet ranch seasoning (or homemade mix)
ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
ยฝ teaspoon black pepper

ยฝ cup steamed broccoli or cauliflower

Instructions
Step 1 โ Add Ingredients to Crockpot
Place the chicken pieces at the bottom of the crockpot.
Add cream cheese (cut into chunks), Greek yogurt, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Do not mix yetโjust layer everything in.
Step 2 โ Slow Cook
Cover and cook:
On LOW for 4โ5 hours
OR
On HIGH for 2โ3 hours
The chicken should become tender and easy to shred.
Step 3 โ Shred the Chicken
Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly inside the crockpot.
Mix everything well until the cream cheese and yogurt fully combine into a creamy sauce.
Step 4 โ Add Cheese & Bacon
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon.
Cover again and cook for another 10โ15 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
Step 5 โ Add Optional Veggies
If using broccoli, spinach, or cauliflower, stir them in at the end so they stay fresh and not overcooked.
