Ingredients
Big Mac Sauce
¾ cup mayonnaise
4 tsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tsp Swerve (or preferred sweetener)
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salad
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
½ cup sliced onion
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
¼ cup roughly chopped dill pickles
Instructions
1. Make the Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, vinegar, onion, sweetener, and smoked paprika.
Set aside to let the flavors meld.
2. Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Cook until nearly done, then season with salt and pepper.
Continue cooking until browned.
3. Prep the Salad
Chop the lettuce, slice the onions, and chop additional pickles while the beef cooks.
4. Assemble
Divide lettuce among four bowls.
Top each with onions, pickles, shredded cheddar, and a portion of the ground beef.
Drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce.
5. Serve
Enjoy immediately while the beef is warm and the salad is crisp!
