Ingredients
Burger
1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
4 slices cheddar cheese
Bowl Toppings
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced cucumbers
½ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup red onion, chopped
Optional: lettuce or spinach
Keto Burger Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped pickles
pinch paprika
Instructions
Cook burger patties
Form ground beef into 2 large patties.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat 4–5 minutes per side until browned.
Place cheddar cheese slices on top and let melt.
Prepare vegetables
Slice:
cucumbers
tomatoes
red onions
Place them on one side of the bowl.
Assemble bowl
In each bowl add:
burger patty with melted cheese
shredded cheddar
cucumbers
tomatoes
onions
Add sauce
Mix burger sauce ingredients and drizzle over the burger.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes or black pepper if desired.
