Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup low-sugar marinara sauce
½ cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated parmesan
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Prep Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
Step 2: Layer It Up
Mix chicken with garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread in dish, then layer cottage cheese, marinara, and mozzarella.
Top with parmesan.
Step 3: Bake
Bake for 20–25 mins until hot and bubbly. Broil 2 mins for golden cheese.
Serve with zucchini noodles or a crisp salad!
