🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

Crust:

2 eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp almond flour

Filling/Topping:

1–1½ cups diced ham

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup cheddar cheese

¼ cup sugar-free marinara (like Rao’s)

Optional:

Italian seasoning

Garlic powder

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking dish.

Make crust base

Mix eggs, mozzarella, cream cheese, and almond flour.

Bake crust layer

Spread mixture in dish and bake 10–12 minutes until set.

Add toppings

Spread marinara, add ham, then top with mozzarella + cheddar.

Bake again

Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Broil (optional)

Broil 2–3 minutes for golden cheesy top like the image.

Slice & serve

Let cool slightly, then cut into slices.
