Keto Ham & Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Ingredients
8–10 slices deli turkey or chicken (large, thin slices)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup diced ham (sugar-free)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or dill, parsley, or chives)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Prep the filling
In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, diced ham, mozzarella (if using), Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well combined.
Assemble roll-ups
Lay out slices of deli turkey/chicken.
Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice.
Roll & slice
Roll each slice tightly into a log.
Cut into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Serve
Arrange on a platter and sprinkle a little extra seasoning on top for garnish.
