Ingredients (2 wraps)
Cheese Wrap
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Fillings
6 slices ham
6 slices salami or turkey
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ tomato, sliced
Grinder Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Make the cheese wrap
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread mozzarella and parmesan into a thin rectangle.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake 10–12 minutes until melted and golden.
Let cool 1–2 minutes so it becomes flexible.
2. Add fillings
On one side of the cheese sheet add:
ham
salami
lettuce
tomato
Drizzle grinder sauce over the top.
3. Roll the wrap
Fold the cheese sheet over the fillings.
Roll tightly like a wrap or burrito.
4. Slice
Cut the wrap in half and serve.

Tips
Let the cheese cool slightly so it doesn’t tear when rolling.
Add pepperoni, bacon, or avocado for more flavor.
