Ingredients Needed

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup flax seeds
½ cup almonds or hazelnuts
1½ cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp psyllium husk (or 3 tbsp powder)
1 tsp sea salt


Wet Ingredients:

1 tbsp maple syrup (or stevia)
3 tbsp melted coconut oil or ghee
1½ cups water


How to Make Life-Changing Bread

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a loaf pan or bowl, combine all dry ingredients thoroughly.


Step 2: Add Liquids

Mix water, maple syrup, and oil together.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.


Step 3: Rest the Dough

Let sit for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
The dough should hold its shape when ready.


Step 4: Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Bake in pan for 20 minutes


Step 5: Flip & Finish Baking

Remove from pan, place directly on oven rack.
Bake another 30–40 minutes


Step 6: Cool

Let cool completely before slicing (important for texture).
