- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
For Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the dough:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Microwave for 30–45 seconds, stir, then heat again until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
- Stir until a dough forms (it may be sticky; use lightly oiled hands if needed).

Shape the bread:
- Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into a rectangle or oval about ½ inch thick.

Prepare garlic butter topping:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake:
- Place in oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.

- Cool slightly, cut into strips or wedges, and enjoy warm!
